Damngood
CRM Lite.
A lightweight sales CRM your AI agent runs for you. You talk to your agent; it keeps the pipeline up to date.
Most CRMs fail because nobody updates them. Damngood CRM Lite is built to be operated by your agent — after a call, in a chat, between meetings.
Leads, pipeline stages, notes and a pipeline summary. Nothing more than a small team needs to keep deals moving.

What your agent can do
Your agent runs the pipeline.
- crm_list_leads(stage?, query?, limit?)
- Lists your leads, filtered by pipeline stage or a search across company, contact and email.
- crm_get_lead(lead_id)
- Returns one lead with all of its notes, newest first.
- crm_create_lead(company, contact_name?, email?, phone?, value?, stage?)
- Adds a lead using only the details you gave your agent.
- crm_move_lead(lead_id, stage)
- Moves a lead to another stage: new, contacted, interested, proposal, won or lost.
- crm_add_note(lead_id, body)
- Adds a note to a lead — a call summary, an objection, the agreed next step.
- crm_pipeline_summary(—)
- Counts leads and sums deal value per stage, so your agent can report where the pipeline stands.
- crm_update_lead(lead_id, company?, contact_name?, email?, phone?, value?)
- Fixes contact details or deal value. Only the fields given change.
- crm_import_leads(leads[] (up to 200))
- Adds many leads at once — for example a list you pasted to your agent.
- crm_set_next_step(lead_id, next_step, due_date?)
- Keeps a dated next step on every open deal.
- crm_due_followups(within_days?)
- Lists overdue and upcoming next steps, and open deals that have none.
- crm_export_leads(stage?)
- Exports your leads as CSV.
- crm_delete_lead(lead_id, confirm)
- Deletes a lead permanently — only when you ask, and only with confirm: true.
Pipeline stages: new → contacted → interested → proposal → won → lost.
Your agent also gets a guide (dgs://apps/crm-lite/guide) and a daily review prompt (crm_daily_review), so it knows how to run the CRM from the first message. You see the same pipeline in the app.
In practice
Say it once. It’s in the CRM.
“Add Acme Oy, contact Maria, 1 200 €. We had a good first call — move it to interested and note that they want a proposal by Friday.”
crm_create_lead(company: "Acme Oy", contact_name: "Maria", value: 1200)
→ created · stage: new
crm_move_lead(lead_id, stage: "interested")
→ moved
crm_add_note(lead_id, "Good first call. Wants a proposal by Friday.")
→ note added
crm_pipeline_summary()
→ interested: 1 lead · 1 200Illustrative session. Your agent only uses details you give it — it never invents contact data.
Your data
Your pipeline stays yours.
Every CRM tool runs as the signed-in account and reads and writes only that account’s leads and notes. No other customer, and no other agent, can see them.
Disconnect an agent in My packages and its access ends immediately. Your data stays in your account.
